Be Strong and Flexible Beginner 30-Day Yoga Challenge

The 30 days of yoga will teach you alignment skills while helping you improve your strength and flexibility so you feel stronger, looser and more at ease. Videos are 10-30 minutes during the week (except Day 1, which will be 43 mintues), 40-60 minutes on the weekend.

To join: If you already have a subscription, you don't need to do anything. If you are not a subscriber, choose an option on the right to enter the challenge - $30 to just do this challenge (that you can access forever), or a subscription that auto-renews for $10/month or $99/year.

Hi there, I'm just wondering if this 30-day yoga challenge is a series of new videos designed specifically for this 30-day yoga challenge? Or if this consists of 30 existing videos, put together for 30 days?

In the past I did a free 30 day yoga program and I loved it. But I found the different instructors/type of classes/film locations did not flow quite as well as I had hoped. Overall, I loved it, but a consistent, cohesive, 30-day program would be great. I would definitely pay for it.

Hi there. It's a combination of both. We filmed a series of classes just for this challenge, then worked other classes around them to make a challenge that built gradually in difficulty.

And thanks especially for the bursary that made this possible for me. :) I’ve worked a subscription into my budget so I can continue my practice without limitations. Also, this challenge lived up to its name...I feel much stronger and more flexible! Thank you!!

Hi, I am loving the 30 days strong and flex beginner challenge and have been able to do all classes comfortably. I have done yoga for a long time, but have never been able to establish an at home practice, which has limited my progress further. My question today is - where do I go after this session is over? Is there another challenge that would follow on? Any suggestions are welcome.

Good to hear! We have a lot of options that will help you continue your practice. If you're still up for daily classes, you could try our Empower Yourself 30-Day Yoga Challenge. If you are looking for 2 or 3 classes per week, our Beginner Yoga for Strength and Flexibility may suit you well. We will also be launching two new challenges on Valentine's Day - a Nourish Yourself Weekend Retreat that mixes yoga and guided meditation and a 14-Day Couples Yoga Challenge, which is a series of 14 daily classes that move from Challenging Beginner to Intermediate.

I actually signed up . I used the videos twice but didn't go back again. Now I want to revisit the website and try out a class.
Originally when I signed up it was free. I just read a recommendation for your site and they said it was free? Perhaps it isn't free anymore?

Hi - Initially, I had a similar issue: I paid for the Beginner yoga challenge and did a few of the videos, but when I returned to the challenge later the Beginner yoga challenge videos were no longer accessible to me. I contacted the site administrators, who found an issue on the back end with the settings on my account. They quickly fixed the issue and I was then able to access the remainder of the challenge for which I had paid, with no problems. They were very helpful - I recommend seeing if the same issue happened to you as to me.

Hi there. We balance free with paid, in order to grow the site. An easy way to see what is free and what is paid is to note the '+' sign. All content with a '+' sign requires a subscription - the rest is free.

I just had an overall question about the "rules" of this challenge since they seem to be vague. Each day that you do the yoga, you are entered for a chance to win? Or if you miss a day are you done? Either way, this was my challenge before I knew of this challenge, but I was curious. I was a day ahead for a while and then missed a day so now I'm on the same day as most of the others. Hope this makes sense, thanks!

Hi. It's pretty simple. For each class you do, you can submit one entry to win the draw package. It doesn't matter if you're behind or you miss a day. We will give those who fell behind or started late some time at the end to finish.
