The 30 days of yoga will teach you alignment skills while helping you improve your strength and flexibility so you feel stronger, looser and more at ease. Videos are 10-30 minutes during the week (except Day 1, which will be 43 mintues), 40-60 minutes on the weekend.
To join: If you already have a subscription, you don't need to do anything. If you are not a subscriber, choose an option on the right to enter the challenge - $30 to just do this challenge (that you can access forever), or a subscription that auto-renews for $10/month or $99/year.
