Maintain Alignment in Lying Poses
In this gentle hatha yoga class, David pays close attention to alignment as he guides you through a series of poses that are all done lying down. Always love classes with David. Always learn something, develop greater awareness of my body. The focus of today's class on dandasana as a way to maintain proper posture was really helpful. Similarly, paying attention to keeping my feet even and toes flexed was really helpful. I've never paid attention to that before. It really matters .
A lot tougher than it looks... hard to keep my shoulders down. A lot of wobbling.
