Really enjoyed this slower paced flow. It definitely gave my body adequate time to settle into each pose...particularly after a weekend of running, cycling and gardening! I really liked using a block or bolster under my sit bones to ease into hanumanasana. Thank you Basha - I look forward to trying more of your classes!

This was a wonderful class. My hamstrings felt amazing after! I would love to see more intermediate/advanced Hatha style classes like this on DYWM.
