Lovely, slow challenging practice. The poses themselves have modifications for non-advanced, allowing one to make the practice as difficult as one wants. I appreciate one sentence in particular during the practice: "Nourish your breath with your attention." Works for yoga and life.
Really enjoyed this slower paced flow. It definitely gave my body adequate time to settle into each pose...particularly after a weekend of running, cycling and gardening! I really liked using a block or bolster under my sit bones to ease into hanumanasana. Thank you Basha - I look forward to trying more of your classes!
