Maintain Alignment in Lying Poses
In this gentle hatha yoga class, David pays close attention to alignment as he guides you through a series of poses that are all done lying down. At one point David said, "your body may be getting warm right now," as my entire body was shaking, haha! I might have to do this one at the end of the day as well! Just to really work on lying down with my legs straight up!
