My first thought: such a short session, will do it twice! I dont think so now. Finally, I got to know how to get in the warrior correctly. It was right for me, to start all over, miss know it all did know anything! Thanks for great explanation for every pose.

I found the repetition in this class a physical and mental challenge. My daughter by contrast found it one of the most enjoyable classes she has done so far. And of course, we both feel fabulous after. Thanks David.

All of these classes are 5 star! Always learn so much from David's classes. I am progressing in leaps and bounds. Couldn't do lift my knee to do a standing lunge a few weeks ago. Now, no problem!
