I found the repetition in this class a physical and mental challenge. My daughter by contrast found it one of the most enjoyable classes she has done so far. And of course, we both feel fabulous after. Thanks David.

That was pretty amazing! I appreciate the pace is picking up, but still the reminders on the breathin patterns.
