This class is a great reminder - no matter how long that you have been doing yoga - to occasionally go back to the fundamental principals of yoga for a refresher on alignment. I did this class as a stand alone and did not realize that it is the third class in the series. David's class gave me great pointers on body positioning that I had been missing. Thank you David :)
