Maintain Alignment in Lying Poses
In this gentle hatha yoga class, David pays close attention to alignment as he guides you through a series of poses that are all done lying down. The focus on alignment and activation (especially in the legs) has taught me so much. Poses that I used to float through mindlessly are suddenly much more challenging!

A nice fundamentals class for staff pose, tipped backward. I found the new perspective of the pose fun and interesting.
