Maintain Alignment in Lying Poses
In this gentle hatha yoga class, David pays close attention to alignment as he guides you through a series of poses that are all done lying down. Many of the poses will focus on the legs and lower back. I wish it was a touch longer and incorporated a bit of stretching for the quads. All the foot flexing makes the tops of my feet sore - I need to strengthen my feet and ankles for sure
Seems so simple and yet I am reminded of how intense these poses really are. Boy am I out of shape! But I feel it coming back :)
