This was a well rounded challenging workout for me since I usually do the classes that are 30-40 minutes. This hit me in all those tight spaces that I didn't realize were so tight. Thank you Tracey :)

Thank you very much Tracey. Being in Valencia, amongst so much tradidgy, chaos and heartbreak from the devastation of storm Dana,this class and the DYWM team are keeping me sane. Having days of no communication, no services and total sadness, I am so grateful for my yoga practise and the heart warming joy you bring.
