I don't usually do hour-long practices but I always welcome Tracey's latest classes and look forward to them. This was excellent. Her cueing and calmness are perfect. I really appreciate that Tracey never sounds like she's straining while doing the more difficult poses. That keeps me confident that I can see my way through them as well. Thank you, Tracey, for all you've offered to this site.
