I Heart Backbends - Shorter Class
This fun power yoga flow class is full of heart opening and back bending, with lots of time spent on releasing the quadriceps, hip-flexors, internal hip rotators and strengthening the shoulders and core in poses like side plank. This is a slightly shorter version of Crista's full class, for those who are short on time.

I feel great after doing this practice. I was tired and a bit daunted at the thought of doing backbends before I started but Crista gave good instruction as to modifications. Thank you!
I'm normally not a big fan of backbends but this class made me change my mind!
This was an amazing, intense, all-opening class. She lead so well, ensuring my body was protected from harm but still pushed to success! So amazing. There were some insane poses!
