I Heart Backbends - Shorter Class
This fun power yoga flow class is full of heart opening and back bending, with lots of time spent on releasing the quadriceps, hip-flexors, internal hip rotators and strengthening the shoulders and core in poses like side plank. This is a slightly shorter version of Crista's full class, for those who are short on time.

I am so glad I started this yoga challenge and have stuck with it. The changes I am seeing in my practice are so amazing. I procrastinated today in doing this class when I saw the Advanced label, but Crista is an amazing teacher and with her expert guidance I completed this whole class and I'm so happy. I'm thankful for this website every day. It has changed my life. <3
A bit of a challenge for some poses for me as this is an advanced course and is quite long, but remains fun and refreshing. Always a Joy to do a practice with Crista.

i was surprised that i was able to do 85% of the poses in this class (i would not consider myself advanced). christa's sequencing is just flawless - i loved every bit of it. thank you!
