really appreciated this practice of awareness of back and front of heart and back and front of abdomen/belly as well as ribs and spine and sides via breath and movement and directed awareness.

This was a great later eve class for me. I loved when you said “bend your back knees”. Haha! I knew exactly what you meant and didn’t even think about it. The water noise was very relaxing.
