I Heart Backbends - Shorter Class
This fun power yoga flow class is full of heart opening and back bending, with lots of time spent on releasing the quadriceps, hip-flexors, internal hip rotators and strengthening the shoulders and core in poses like side plank. This is a slightly shorter version of Crista's full class, for those who are short on time.

Simply wonderful. Creative sequencing, insightful preparation for more challenging poses, lots of cues about how to modify poses when needed, and soothing finish. Overall, invigorating!
What a challenging and fun class!
I have some injuries that are not healed and unfortunately I cannot do much in this class.
Super class! Lots of great poises I have never done before . But as Crista says there are always more and I look forward to trying more classes like this.
