I Heart Backbends - Shorter Class
This fun power yoga flow class is full of heart opening and back bending, with lots of time spent on releasing the quadriceps, hip-flexors, internal hip rotators and strengthening the shoulders and core in poses like side plank. This is a slightly shorter version of Crista's full class, for those who are short on time.

Challenging! I had to look at the screen a lot more than usual and could have used clearer instructions at some points- of course this was partly just the nature of doing a class with a lot of unfamiliar postures. Fun to be had if you can keep up... putting it on my "someday" list

Lovely class. Wonderful pace for this challenge to keep the flow smooth. Clear instructions made this advanced class accessible. With no judgement as I kept to a bridge instead of full wheel, the minor modifications made me feel great after completing this class.
