I Heart Backbends - Shorter Class
This fun power yoga flow class is full of heart opening and back bending, with lots of time spent on releasing the quadriceps, hip-flexors, internal hip rotators and strengthening the shoulders and core in poses like side plank. This is a slightly shorter version of Crista's full class, for those who are short on time.

Crista is so good at making you take yourself less seriously
OMG how did Crista know EXACTLY which parts of my body badly needed stretching?! This class was full of sweet sweet shoulder stretches, hip openers and quad stretches. I absolutely loved it, bookmarked to return to often!
Lovely class, but is it just me or does Crista accidentally miss repeating the final main sequence on the other side?
