I Heart Backbends - Shorter Class
This fun power yoga flow class is full of heart opening and back bending, with lots of time spent on releasing the quadriceps, hip-flexors, internal hip rotators and strengthening the shoulders and core in poses like side plank. This is a slightly shorter version of Crista's full class, for those who are short on time.

well, this might be my new favorite class. Challenging for tight hamstrings, but not overly so. Accessible for wrist injuries with the opportunity to test out what works for you. Tons of fun twists and playful poses that aren't in many other classes! This one got my heart humping and blood flowing and helped me explore new poses and get deeper into familiar ones. Great practice!
