I Heart Backbends - Shorter Class
This fun power yoga flow class is full of heart opening and back bending, with lots of time spent on releasing the quadriceps, hip-flexors, internal hip rotators and strengthening the shoulders and core in poses like side plank. This is a slightly shorter version of Crista's full class, for those who are short on time.

Another great class with Crista, for whatever reason I hadn't done many of her classes before. But thanks to this challenge I have been exposed to her wonderful attitude and energy and this has made her one of my favorite teachers!
This class was challenging, but in a way that felt doable. The placement of wheel in the class was perfect for me and my arms didn't feel to tired to support me.

MOST challenging course of the Intermediate Challenge yet! As usual, though, Crista gives quality modifications and options of pose expressions that suit a lot of types. She's the best!
