I Heart Backbends - Shorter Class
This fun power yoga flow class is full of heart opening and back bending, with lots of time spent on releasing the quadriceps, hip-flexors, internal hip rotators and strengthening the shoulders and core in poses like side plank. This is a slightly shorter version of Crista's full class, for those who are short on time.

Like most of Crista's longer classes, this one is filled with challenging poses and lots of fun. I was a little sore the next day, but in a way that left me feeling very accomplished!
Crista always knows how to make practice fun!
It was a lovely class! It was fun with some good challenges spread throughout. I was able to follow instructions pretty well without looking at the screen for most of it. After doing it once, I don't think I will have to look at the screen again.
