Excellent stretching for legs after hiking, cycling. Perfect post-PCT. Good download.

I want to do this again; it's similar to David's other legs and hips classes but the length is good. The leg stretches are intense, which means I need them! I got the instructions confused a few times so do this one again before downloading as an audio file to make sure I know what to do.
