I Heart Backbends - Shorter Class
This fun power yoga flow class is full of heart opening and back bending, with lots of time spent on releasing the quadriceps, hip-flexors, internal hip rotators and strengthening the shoulders and core in poses like side plank. This is a slightly shorter version of Crista's full class, for those who are short on time.

Whew - advanced for sure - but Crista's sweet voice makes you forget. Love her style and the backbends were a creative mix of moves - love the mantra and those HAH breaths!
