I Heart Backbends - Shorter Class
This fun power yoga flow class is full of heart opening and back bending, with lots of time spent on releasing the quadriceps, hip-flexors, internal hip rotators and strengthening the shoulders and core in poses like side plank. This is a slightly shorter version of Crista's full class, for those who are short on time.

Beautiful!!!! And so fun! This will be another one of my favorites. Crista's energy is contagious :) I found myself smiling throughout the practice even during the challenging poses. That's the way yoga is supposed to be! I feel open and rinsed and happy!
Challenging class. Not a fan of some of the utterances which is why I gave it a 4.
Nice class. I was surprised how much I was able to do of this advanced class. Good instruction!
Wow...my whole body feels like a warm noodle in the most awesome way. The peak poses in this practice are inspiring and something to work towards. Loved this, made me feel confident.
