Flow to Side Crow
Rachel is an expert at sequencing. In this intermediate hatha flow yoga class, she creatively prepares you for the challenging peak pose side crow (parsva bakasana). By the time you get there, your confidence and your body are more than ready to take the weight into your arms.

I approached this class with curiosity, playfulness, and no expectations regarding my ability to accomplish the peak pose, which I have never attempted before! With Rachel's skillful guidance, I was able to confidently attempt and hold side crow! I will definitely be revisiting this class!

With the great preparations I was able to lift up my both feet in side crow for a second. I’m sure if I do this class a few more times, I’ll be able to stay in the pose for longer. Very clear instructions!
