Rachel is an expert at sequencing. In this intermediate hatha flow yoga class, she creatively prepares you for the challenging peak pose side crow (parsva bakasana). By the time you get there, your confidence and your body are more than ready to take the weight into your arms.

Nice ! I was in a bit of a hurry this morning and this practice really energized me for my day. Namaste

I felt really strong in this practice and actually made it up (for milliseconds) into all three attempts at crow! My only wish is that our attempts were given a little extra time each, and that there would be just slightly more time between cues.

Rachel's instructions are always so easy to follow! I think my body is literally confused by the concept of side crow, but I'll keep working on it.

Encouraging tone and words help to make a difficult pose light and hopefully achieveable. Thank you Rachael
