Flow to Side Crow
Rachel is an expert at sequencing. In this intermediate hatha flow yoga class, she creatively prepares you for the challenging peak pose side crow (parsva bakasana). By the time you get there, your confidence and your body are more than ready to take the weight into your arms.

Side Crow!!! I've never tried the pose before, and today I was able to do side crow, both versions! This was soooo cool!
There’s much to learn about you, side crow.
I skipped the side crow for now, but spent that portion of the class working on my crow pose. Got a fraction of a second of flight, which was exciting. (Milimeter by milimeter, milisecond by milisecond.)
