Flow to Side Crow
Rachel is an expert at sequencing. In this intermediate hatha flow yoga class, she creatively prepares you for the challenging peak pose side crow (parsva bakasana). By the time you get there, your confidence and your body are more than ready to take the weight into your arms.

Loved this practice. I am not quite ready for crow or side crow but I can see that I am almost there after a couple months of daily yoga.
A short class that includes lots of twists and flow. Good for a weekday morning, though I find I do better with a slower pace when stiff (as I am today!). Rachel gives good instructions and is beautiful to watch moving effortlessly through the sequences!
