Rachel is an expert at sequencing. In this intermediate hatha flow yoga class, she creatively prepares you for the challenging peak pose side crow (parsva bakasana). By the time you get there, your confidence and your body are more than ready to take the weight into your arms.

I prefer a less brisk style of guidance- I did really appreciate the enthusiasm Rachel showed for the peak pose though; I think the sense of fun in that section helped me do it (side crow) for a section despite never having tried it before

Great class! The second version of side crow is still a bit wobbly for me though, not sure how to get it more stable..

Great class, but I found the audio to be very annoying with all the echoes and static. Was distracting, so I deducted one star from my rating.

No side crow for me but I’m getting stronger day by day!
Enjoyable flow! I really like Rachel's instruction. A bit sad as crow used to be available to me (both crow and side crow), but apparently not any more...
Loved this short class. Will take some practice for the side crow though, I need more strength in core and arms, but it was nice to try it.

I remember trying this class a few years ago and that my ego was really hurt, because I wasn't able to do the side crow. Today, I did both of them!!! I am really happy to see my progress and where patience and modesty brought me! Thank you!

I haven’t done this class in a long time and I surprised myself by getting into side crow. It’s so encouraging to see improvements with regular practice!
