Great class! The second version of side crow is still a bit wobbly for me though, not sure how to get it more stable..

Still can't get to crow or side crow but I am inspired to keep on trying!

That was really fun even though I could only lift for a millisecond! I’ll keep trying as the whole sequence felt good after a long work day.

Really energetic and fun class - thank you Rachel for guiding us into a challenging pose. I loved the class!
