What a fantastic prep for side crow! I've never done that pose before and was more successful with the one-armed version of the pose. Rachel does a great job of making you recognize all of the muscles at work when you're in a pose, which keeps you safe and aware! Thanks Rachel!

What a bright class! This was my first attempt at side crow and I have a long way to go, but it was fun to build to and try.
