lots of sitting on ankles which gets a little annoying. shoulder and neck exercises are fantastic. Ominous music feels a little creepy to me and the instructor voice over isn't my favorite.

more stretching than yoga and I wasn't able to warm up until the last little bit. I enjoy the video and teacher. I don't think I'll repeat, but it was a nice class for lengthening.
