My feet and their strength have always been important to me. I do a lot of barefoot and minimalist shoes. The way I walk and run, but anytime I massage them I can feel the tension and I've known I needed to do more. So, thank you, David, for providing me with this opportunity and another great resource to bookmark and come back to!
That was great, and painful, at least on the soles of the feet. It was also very relaxing. I had been travelling all day and it was brilliant way to relax before bed.
