My feet and their strength have always been important to me. I do a lot of barefoot and minimalist shoes. The way I walk and run, but anytime I massage them I can feel the tension and I've known I needed to do more. That was great, and painful, at least on the soles of the feet. It was also very relaxing. I had been travelling all day and it was brilliant way to relax before bed.
