Pamper your feet with this wonderful class that massages, stretches and strengthens your toes, feet ankles, calves, shins and knees. It's the least you can do, considering that we punish our feet daily by standing, walking, running and bouncing on them. Take 26 minutes to give your feet some love!

This is a wonderful class for the feet. I‘ve taken studio yoga classes where a ball was used on other parts of the body, e.g., shoulders, back. Are there DYWM classes focusing on other parts of the body? If so, what are the best search terms to use to find them? Thanks.
An old favourite, albeit a humble reminder of my neglect regarding my feet.
