Pamper your feet with this wonderful class that massages, stretches and strengthens your toes, feet ankles, calves, shins and knees. It's the least you can do, considering that we punish our feet daily by standing, walking, running and bouncing on them. Take 26 minutes to give your feet some love!

I had an L4/L5 fusion five days ago and this class was a wonderful way to start my (very restricted activity) day. TY to DYWM for having such a wide variety of classes; I know I will find something for every step of my recovery!
After suddenly developed plantar fasciitis, this class has helped immensely with relieving the pain in the bottom of my foot. Love the clear instructions and the deliberate pace. I am trying to start every day with this dose of love for my feet!
Love this one. Not a all easy or comfortable at some points but boy, after...ahhhh.
Excellent class! My feet feel awakened! There is no one better than David for therapeutic work on specific parts of the body.
Love this class and I have returned to it multiple times. A lacrosse ball (ouch!) works well for me. Saving this class to my “Kindness for the Body” Collection.
I have just come back in to do the next class in the challenge, the website takes me to the previous class I did and I just can't find out how to get to the next class. It is not easy to use like the old one, now I will have to fiddle around to find the next class. could you please fix this up as I have this problem every time I use the new site.

I really don't like the new website - it was so easy to get to the class in the challenge with the old system and onerous with this one.

I have done this class many times as I have feet/ankle issues and it always makes my feet feel better. It is good to be kind to your feet.
Good stretches for an area we don’t always pay attention to!
Very nice. Hurt to have my fingers between my toes, but my feet feel so much better when it was done. I’ve been having pain from plantar fascitis. I’m hoping this class will help.
I love the tennis ball things at the beginning but I'm not sure I'll be trying to spread my toes apart like that again.

my feet are my problem area, bunions and one hammer toe , balance is a little challenging. Though I pulled through I feel better for it my feet are tingling.
