Pamper your feet with this wonderful class that massages, stretches and strengthens your toes, feet ankles, calves, shins and knees. It's the least you can do, considering that we punish our feet daily by standing, walking, running and bouncing on them. Take 26 minutes to give your feet some love!

Loved the ball massage on my feet, but found the toes stretch and fingers in between very difficult.
It is true that we don’t pay enough attention to our feet, and we should as they are our basis. This wonderful class also helps strech and strenghten some other parts of our body and find right alignment.
