Vinyasa Yoga: Focus On Twists
This is a more gentle vinyasa style yoga class with a focus on using your breath and core to get you into your seated, standing and lunging poses. It's intended to slow you down and allow you to give more attention to your poses, with an emphasis on twists.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Very twisty! Nice slower pace
This was a great class for me today and will be one I can do with my daughter who is just beginning to practice. Poses are straight forward and not too complicated for a beginner, while enough challenge for my intermediate practice.

Very nice and gentle class. I loved the options to take less challenging poses as needed.
