Vinyasa Yoga: Focus On Twists
This is a more gentle vinyasa style yoga class with a focus on using your breath and core to get you into your seated, standing and lunging poses. It's intended to slow you down and allow you to give more attention to your poses, with an emphasis on twists.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Nice relaxing pace.
Wonderful class, I love the focus on using core strength to twist, rather than the leverage from arms. Although slower and gentle, works up a good sweat! Very relaxing!

A very nice well-paced gentle flow! I especially enjoyed the degree of autonomy which is granted to the student in transitions :)
