  • Basic moves, nothing too complicated. Plenty challenging enough.

  • Meditative start. Nice flow, keeps moving so not boring.

  • Great practice. Very good stretches with a share of challenge due to holding poses. Good practice for Savanna, unique moves but nothing too crazy.

  • Super relaxing practice.

  • Slow Flow, hard due to holding each pose so long. Great emphasis on tucking in pelvis. Only hard moves are table top with foot to side and crow. Mostly a standing class, very little floor work. Likely too much for Savanna at this time due to duration.

  • Nice class, keeps moving which keeps it interesting.  Some balance in tree pose.

  • Good doable challenge and great hamstring stretches. Love this class. Includes Crow. Mostly standing work.

  • Love this one, fun and energetic. Good amount of challenge, begins with
    balance poses. Likely too fast and balance for Savanna

  • Starts slow, gets challenging but doable, Some balance moves and flip the dog. Good twists and leg extensions. Beginning good for Savanna but end moves could be tough, good expansion class for her once she gets the basics. Love this class.

  • Great hip stretching and twists. Slow easy to follow class. Very challenging but felt great after it was done.  

  • Easy practice, relaxing and opening. Mantra at end.

  • Slow gentle class. Hip openers and some twists.

  • Great stretch, would be good video with Savanna

  • Quick, energetic, twists and standing stretches. Really made me feel great.

  • Very nice flow, some rests in between so very doable. Great stretches for side body and legs.

  • Plank start is long, otherwise very doable satisfying practice.

  • Wonderful practice. Be careful with handstand, it hurt my neck when I lifted my arms, keep hands on mat for this pose.

  • Love, love, love this practice. Great for shoulder strengthening and some really yummy stretches and opening moves.

  • Really enjoyed this practice, very yummy. I can't do flying pigeon but really enjoyed the work up to it.

  • Slow relaxing start and finish, some small challenge towards end with chair and eagle but very doable. Enjoyed this practice, good for a day when I need to get out of my head.

  • Challenging but you never hold a pose too long so very doable. One person did regular crow instead of side crow which I will try. Put computer in center of mat and start facing right to make moves vs computer easier.

  • Slow meditative beginning, can skip like the first 3-4 minutes.  After that, GREAT leg stretchers and hip openers

  • Nice continuous flow, love the waves. Misses knee dips on the right side so may want to do on your own.
