Good slow intro to the challenge!
Great session. A good recall of basics that should be reviewed even if you have been doing yoga for a while. I had the realization that I had been overextending my toes for a long time now after watching following this video. I also appreciated the breakdown of lower back and core support when doing backbends, mine core support is always in need of work, this was a good reminder of the basics of where I need to draw power.
A good introduction/review for proper alignment.
