I enjoyed taking my first step back into yoga after a number of years. The instruction is easy to follow and great for beginners. I especially found the use of the block helpful in making sure I was engaging the right areas and keeping my legs/feet the right distance apart.

I did this challenge with my 8 year old son who also loved it! We both feel like it’s been good for helping our flexibility, core strength/stability and also relaxing. We also found a new use for the kids’ old jujitsu white belts!
Hopefully our quality time together doing yoga will continue!
