Great. Wonderful instruction. I especially appreciate the instructions for Dandasana. Now I have an idea about how to go about it, instead of trying to rush through it and get it over with. I could come back to this again and again.

This was a great way to start the New Year, I wonder if David could mention, where, if you don't happen to have a strap today, you should place your hands and how things should feel during the strap exercise? I will get a strap now!
Namaste and thank you for this relaxing start to my day and year.
