Maintain Alignment in Lying Poses

Another fantastic class, I must be really out of practice as I am sore from the other 2 days, this helped tremendously.
My body, in particular, the lower back really enjoyed this class. I am very swayed back and sometimes these poses can be difficult when it comes to keeping the lower back on the ground. Thank You. This practice will be a regular for me.
