Maintain Alignment in Lying Poses
In this gentle hatha yoga class, David pays close attention to alignment as he guides you through a series of poses that are all done lying down. perfect gentle class for a low energy kind of day
I enjoyed the focus in this!
Felt this in my shins as I was trying to keep my toes pulled up -- but pleased I was able to keep up and get into the poses with what I hope was ok alignment!
I really feel more flexible and stable after this series. I will go back to it from time to time :-)
