I Heart Backbends - Shorter Class

This fun power yoga flow class is full of heart opening and back bending, with lots of time spent on releasing the quadriceps, hip-flexors, internal hip rotators and strengthening the shoulders and core in poses like side plank. This is a slightly shorter version of Crista's full class, for those who are short on time.

Very creative, including some poses I have never done before!
Crista has a way of completely wringing my body out, but making me feel like I'm loving the entire process. I felt like I might actually be dead during savasana. :)
I may never get to a full wheel, or I may one day. But this was a delightful class. I'll definitely do it again.
