Fantastic practice! Like many others, I was a little apprehensive about doing an "advanced" level class. I was amazed how much of it I was able to do, with Crista's gentle and cheerful guidance. Tight hips are the bane of my existence. I will come back to this practice often. Thank you, Crista!

This class had me smiling and at moments even openly giggling while swinging my leg actively from side to side. It was a great balance between challenging postures and enough movement to loosen you up. My favorite class from this challenge so far!
