great challenge, loved this practice!
This was an interesting and unique flow! I was apprehensive at first because it has been awhile since I attempted an advanced class, but Crista builds the poses beautifully making this class accessible even if you aren't quite to the full expression of certain poses! I always enjoy the incorporation of mantras in classes, as well!
Well, that broke the ice for me. I have now attempted an Advance level class. Not all perfect, but not as scary as I expected. Crista makes it all seem possible.
I will definitely try this class again. It was just a bad morning for me but I think, on another day, I would really enjoy this class. Crista is so upbeat and easy to follow.
