Her guidance is clear and concise, allowing you to tune into your own experience, the sounds of ocean waves and birds. You will feel relaxed and calm when you finally lift yourself out of sivasana.

A sweet and beautiful hatha yoga class. There are some slightly challenging postures, but Anastasia provides, as always, clear cues about doing them safely and comfortably. I feel the body fully active and relaxed at the same time. Thank you very much, Anastasia!
2/21/20 Juicy and mellow. First 5 minutes are meditation followed by about 5 minutes of self-massage before getting into some gentle and deep poses.

Perfect class for the morning or anytime you want some light stretches, twists, and heat. Brings both energy and restoration to the body.
