30 Minutes of Power
Add some zip to your day with this beginner/intermediate, strengthening power yoga flow. It's a great workout for your core, chest and upper body, and it finishes with a sweet and relaxing savasana.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 10 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

The key word in this practice is "power." Poses and positions held a little long, but nothing too difficult to keep up or modify for an intermediate level. I think of this practice as a good way to awaken some muscles I've been neglecting while away from my regular practice.
