Much less pain, though work to do on flexibility. 12/25.

  • Split second of the strength pose on one side. I think I might someday be able to do it. 6/10. 7/2 a but stronger - brief achievement of that strength pose. 7/27 - no ability on strength pose. Didn't love it today.

  • This has crow pose.

  • 5/6: like the title says. Relaxing. Good stretches. 5/14: not very challenging. Meditative. 6/5.

  • Starts around 6, ends at 52.
6/10 - fast, balance and strength and stretch. Good! 6/22. 7/31 such a great practice. 8/16 - tough with tenotomies, but still a great practice. 8/22 - hamstrings seems to be loosening!

  • 5/11. Hard, good! strength and stretches. 8/2. Good core work. Tough with nerve entrapment and knee issues, but valuable. Begins around minute 5.

  • 7/23 - hard. No lift on side crow poses. 11/1 - made me sweaty!

  • 7/30 Good flow, not boring despite length. Almost did a headstand!

  • This was hard, in large part because the nerve hurt very much. 8/1

  • Got to minute 45. Boring, but also difficult from tenotomy. 8/13.
