Thank you this is the second time I have tried this session as part of the intermediate to advanced series. Still some challenge towards the end. for me but I will move on to the next day and return. to this class to monitor. my progression. I agree with the above comments in regards to feeling strong yet light, it was an energising and relaxing class for me. Thank you, Namaste.

This was a fantatsic class; very calming. I found myself being able to find strength throughout the poses and transistions. The way that Tianne encouraged us to find the lightness and strength in the moves helped me to focus on the muscles that I needed to engage, as well as the ones that I needed to relax.

I keep coming back to this class over and over again. I know that it will leave my entire body feeling as though it has received the attention it needs, and it is so balanced that it leaves me feeling truly refreshed and relaxed. More of this! I also love Tianne's voice.

I really love this flow. It's strengthening but calming at the same time and I really like the series of poses covered. I hope Tianne does more int/advanced classes. I actually find the VO over soothing and gets me into a calm, focused state of mind.

Wow, what a great class! I have enjoyed fast pace smooth flow and challenging positions a lot of other classes lack. It's my favorite class now!

The class is great in general, but the voice over is so anoying that I found it impossible to focus at any point of the class. Wont do this class again just because of the VO.

I am still new to intermediate yoga, and I felt this workout was just the right amount of challenging. Tianne's voice is wonderfully soothing and incredibly focusing. I paused the video a few times to give myself enough time to complete the asanas, and I modified where needed. I felt refreshed, flexible, and energized after this workout! The beautiful water lilies and wildlife in Tianne's background were a nice bonus. Thank you, I look forward to more from this teacher!
