Wonderful flow. I love how it moves all my joints. And I love love love the inversions. I concur that Tianna should do more advanced/long classes, please.

I keep on coming to this over and over again! Is there any chance Tianne could do more advanced classes please? She is a force of nature! Thank you so very much!

This class is amazing! It is relaxing, yet you stretch and work every muscle. Challenging in a way that you don’t even feel it, definitely will be coming back to it!

Wow - this is the first class I have taken with you and you have the most perfect, peaceful, calming voice for a yoga class that I think I have ever heard! I've been doing yoga for almost 20 years. Thanks as I feel like....aaahhhh.....

Great prana power flow class that is very complete, works all the muscles of the body and gets the energy - and sweat! - flowing. You've got it all here: crow, eagle, warrior 3, headstand, shoulder stand, upward bow, and all the rest. Tianne has a soft, soothing voice and always brings you back to your breath, and to rest in either downward dog or child's pose. Great class to do over and over!
P.S. I'd love to see more intermediate and advanced classes with Tianne!

Thank you this is the second time I have tried this session as part of the intermediate to advanced series. Still some challenge towards the end. for me but I will move on to the next day and return. to this class to monitor. my progression. I agree with the above comments in regards to feeling strong yet light, it was an energising and relaxing class for me. Thank you, Namaste.

This was a fantatsic class; very calming. I found myself being able to find strength throughout the poses and transistions. The way that Tianne encouraged us to find the lightness and strength in the moves helped me to focus on the muscles that I needed to engage, as well as the ones that I needed to relax.

I keep coming back to this class over and over again. I know that it will leave my entire body feeling as though it has received the attention it needs, and it is so balanced that it leaves me feeling truly refreshed and relaxed. More of this! I also love Tianne's voice.

I really love this flow. It's strengthening but calming at the same time and I really like the series of poses covered. I hope Tianne does more int/advanced classes. I actually find the VO over soothing and gets me into a calm, focused state of mind.

The class is great in general, but the voice over is so anoying that I found it impossible to focus at any point of the class. Wont do this class again just because of the VO.

I am still new to intermediate yoga, and I felt this workout was just the right amount of challenging. Tianne's voice is wonderfully soothing and incredibly focusing. I paused the video a few times to give myself enough time to complete the asanas, and I modified where needed. I felt refreshed, flexible, and energized after this workout! The beautiful water lilies and wildlife in Tianne's background were a nice bonus. Thank you, I look forward to more from this teacher!

This was a new style class for me as well as my first class w/Tianne.
I personally was surprised by the speed of some of the movements, but I'm glad to have tried this one.
The voiceover wasn't my favorite, but I found this to be interesting, a nice change, and definitely a challenge! No headstand for me, but sweaty, wobbly and I can feel my muscles! :) Thank you for such a nice variety of classes, especially w/in this 30-day challenge! <3

I only do this one when I'm feeling like I'm in good shape, because to me it requires a fair amount of strength and endurance, but having said that, I always feel glorious after I finish this one. As others said, sweaty, relaxed, and recharged!

I am not a fan of voice overs either and the sequencing was a little rushed. Also there were no adaptation to advanced poses. I ended up with a sore lower back
I have been repeating some of the other teachers classes but will pass on this one.
I liked the back drop

Not a fan of voice over videos. I feel like the timing is off, poses are rushed, and there isn't as much attention to detail.

I haven't experienced the repetition of one step in any of the DoYogaWithMe classes and I love it! It allows me to take the time to get that one step right before moving to the next step. I've had trouble holding some of these poses in the past, but with a rhythmic repetition of that pose, I am much more fluid. Then the entire process is repeated several times, really helping me get into the rhythm. While some of the poses were a bit advanced for me, I was able to easily modify. The 63 minutes flew by. Thanks!

I enjoyed this sequence, but not all of the postures were within my range of capabilities. While most of the classes on the site and in the 30-day challenge offer alternate options for yogis at different levels, this one rarely does.

Thank you DYWM and all the amazing teachers offering these classes. I have been using your site for over 2 years, and I am so grateful. This site has made a huge impact on my yoga practice. Much love!

lovely flow and i appreciated the repetition, it made it easy to do this without having to watch the screen since things were somewhat predictable. i liked having you narrate off the mat,, as a change from other classes. i also appreciate the music and that it has a creative commons licence, nice touch. this is a nice morning or evening class, soft and firm, complete.

Wonderful class, but it was a bummer that the video stopped loading in the middle. I've been having this issue for the past few weeks, with both Chrome and Safari and I can play other streaming sites just fine. Would it be possible to upload this amazing class to your Youtube channel?

My first class with Tianne. Wow, that was full spectrum - what a range of asanas! What an intriguing, surprising contrast between her soft voice-over (so pleasant) and the at times challenging pace. Wished I could have 'dialed it a few notches back' esp. staying a bit longer in yin poses like pigeon. Gave myself permission to adapt to my level / pace. Wonderful savasana integration.
Will revisit this class for a good challenge.
Suggestion for the DYMW site: Wished there was a field in the bookmarks to add our personal notes. Or a link with our comments we made for classes? To find our own notes for what we liked about each class. Can that be done?

So great I can do the classes any time anywhere - and take sweet connections to Victoria with me when I travel. LOVE the outdoor classes, enveloped by the Victoria landscapes.
Congratulations on the growing worldwide community of DYWM!

I was shaking non-stop on the eagle to airplane transitions! This class is a bit beyond my comfort/ability level right now. I made it through, but didn't get into that floaty, yoga space like I can with easier classes. I hope to return to it in the future on stronger days and see how it feels. The voiceover is a nice change - sometimes the teachers sound strained as they try to talk over environmental sounds during tough poses. Thank you for an aspirational class!
