Wonderful flow. I love how it moves all my joints. And I love love love the inversions. I concur that Tianna should do more advanced/long classes, please.

This class is amazing! It is relaxing, yet you stretch and work every muscle. Challenging in a way that you don’t even feel it, definitely will be coming back to it!

Wow - this is the first class I have taken with you and you have the most perfect, peaceful, calming voice for a yoga class that I think I have ever heard! I've been doing yoga for almost 20 years. Thanks as I feel like....aaahhhh.....

Great prana power flow class that is very complete, works all the muscles of the body and gets the energy - and sweat! - flowing. You've got it all here: crow, eagle, warrior 3, headstand, shoulder stand, upward bow, and all the rest. Tianne has a soft, soothing voice and always brings you back to your breath, and to rest in either downward dog or child's pose. Great class to do over and over!
P.S. I'd love to see more intermediate and advanced classes with Tianne!

Thank you this is the second time I have tried this session as part of the intermediate to advanced series. Still some challenge towards the end. for me but I will move on to the next day and return. to this class to monitor. my progression. I agree with the above comments in regards to feeling strong yet light, it was an energising and relaxing class for me. Thank you, Namaste.

This was a fantatsic class; very calming. I found myself being able to find strength throughout the poses and transistions. The way that Tianne encouraged us to find the lightness and strength in the moves helped me to focus on the muscles that I needed to engage, as well as the ones that I needed to relax.
