Great lesson. Her pace is perfect and allows time for relaxing while getting a good stretch at the same time. I know this is an older lesson but it still hits the spot.
I didn't have time for a longer practice this morning so I searched for a 30 minute one and found you. I know this is an older video but guess what, I learned something new. Always a benefit of DYWM.
