Loved this video and though I'm still fairly new to yoga, I loved the challenge that was presented here. The poses were great and like another person commented, I love the challenge of finding my breath in the more difficult poses.

Lovely instructor. All seated and lying down twists were great. There is a portion with downward dog and then also kicking your leg up. Holding in these poses are too hard for me... I wish an alternative would be suggested.

after long study sessions for finals week, my shoulders were up to my ears and my patience was waning. this beautiful practice helped me to unwind and re-center. melissa's easy-going approach helped me to stay soft and not force my way through poses. her twists that begin with us on our sides is pure genius - they feel so much more stable than getting into them the more traditional way (by twisting the lower body)!

This was a great video! I am new to yoga and started because I wanted a program that would help my flexibility. I am weight lifting and find that I need more flexibility when I lift heavier weights. This video was easy to follow and really stretched my whole body. Thanks!
