I am on the verge of getting sick, and this gentle sequence was exactly what I needed to get in some yoga that didn't get my heart pumping too fast. It felt great after a long day of sitting at a conference. I'm grateful to have found this website and this video in particular!

I like this class because there were some more intermediate poses mixed in with beginner. I will definitely be revisiting this course. Thanks!

This class is great for beginners and intermediate levels that want to take it slower and go back to basics.

I don't have much experience with yoga and with my having low vision, I thought internet-yoga would be a horrible experience. I was definitevly proven wrong! I was able to do this without looking at the screen AND my back feels wonderful SO much better. Thanks!

Started out in seated pose for way too long. Stretches weren't deep enough. I didn't get much out of this class.
