Melissa is so awesome. This was one of the classes that got me started on yoga many years ago and coming back to it after a very long break reminds me of everything I love about this type of movement.
good when havent done yoga in a week and am feeling very tight! instructions were good but 50% of talking would have been better. i got distracted by the constant talking.
Before and after this video is like night and day. My hips are so open. The connection Melissa establishes to pelvic floor, really thinking about the widening of the pelvic floor, help you keep your stability in ways beyond measure that allow your hips and spine to release.
And as always Melissa's presence calms me down. Plus, I find the music perfectly cues my breathe to slow down.
